"You had the power within you the whole time"

"You had the power within you the whole time" is the catchphrase of the Hairy Guy.
He said it to the Commander in Sideburned in Space and to Space Tree in Commander in a Dress.
While in Sideburned in Space, he actually made sense, since the Commander had "the power" (the hair on his head he then used for his sideburns) the whole time, his appearance in Commander in a Dress was rather randon and pointless.

This phrase has also been used by other characters, e.g. in The End, PinkFrosting88 finally learned that she had Superpowers all along. Reginald then said said phrase.

The phrase is probably a reference to a general cliche that might well have started with the words of the Good Fairy to Dorothy in the wizard of Oz: "You've always had the power to go back to Kansas."
