{"an advertisement" appears on the screen, next we see Joel and Phil, of the Keentoon Bonus Stage, dressed up like Saga of Ryzom characters. A background from the game is visible behind them.}

JOEL: Saga of Ryzom is the best computer game I've ever played! And I've played State of Emergency.

{close-up on Phil.}

PHIL: State of Emergency's the worst game ever!

{close-up on Joel.}

JOEL: But this game isn't!

{Phil raises a finger to speak, but is knocked-down from the right by a Saga of Ryzom creature.}

{The screen goes black and music starts to play. While clips from the game are playing, text is present.}

{The Space Tree cartoon begins. It shows a blindfolded Space Tree, firing and recharging a shotgun at a flashing red and blue target, ad infinitum. Above the letterboxing are the words SEASONS GREETINGS TO YOU! and below the letterboxing, NEW EPISODE NEXT WEEK!}

Easter Eggs

If you click on the center of the target, a lowercase letter "a" with a blinking cursor in front of it appears. Type "ction" in front of it ("action") and two periods and an exclamation point appear ("action..!") Click on it and the screen fills up with multiple tiny "action"'s, with the exception of the word "funkytown" near the bottom of the screen. Click on the word "funkytown" and the screen goes black. A closeup of Mee's boss's mouth then comes on screen, and shouts an extremely slowed-down, backwards message. He then goes off screen, and we see Space Tree continue shooting, and four near-vertical lines pass by.

Remarks

The Saga of Ryzom ad was created by Matt Wilson for his own series, Bonus Stage (Ed Atlin contributed the voice of Space Tree and The Commander for a crossover episode of that series) and was released at around the same time.
The message Mee's Boss says, when played backwards and sped up, is his line "Ma-ro-nee!" from Space Tea.
This episode was never linked to from the front page, nor does it show up in the episode list.
"Funkytown" is the name of a song by Lipps, Inc., written in 1980.
