Everybody Loves a Cane

This is a blog started by Ed Atlin in which he creates detailed, movie sequel parodies.

Where's My Shoe

  • homework is fun: Bagel is at home doing her homework and she complains that it's boring. Shoey the Fucking Shoe appears and asks if anyone said "borin'?" Bagel tells him about how boring her homework is, to which Shoey replies that "Home work isn't borin', homework is fun." She says that it's not, but Shoey tells her it is(and calls her "a fucking bitch") and shows her how by bringing her homework to life. Her homework says that he heard she's got a problem with her and asks her to say it to its face. She tells the homework its boring, to which it replies with the finger, "Fuck you", and a papercut on her cheek. She tells it "Fuck you," and stabs the homework 'right in the denominators'. Bagel thanks Shoey for showing her homework is fun; he confirms it with "It sure is, Bagel, it suure is." Then he boots her for doubting him. Includes easter egg at the end.
  • Where's My Shoe Comic: Comics about bagel, Shoey the Fucking Shoe and their "friends".

Stabby McGee

Stabby McGee is a short-lived cartoon series about a guy with a fascination with stabbing with knives(and knives in general) and his stereotypical black friend.

Episodes

  • Stabby's Revenge: Stabby is invited to a school reunion, and gets revenge on a bully by calling him a "repetitive son of a bitch". The bully runs off crying, and Skoop tells Stabby he could have just stabbed the guy.
  • Stabby's Discovery: Stabby becomes suspitious after Skoop declines aa game of hoops, watermelon, a bucket of fried chicken and smoking a blunt. Stabby does the math, and finds out that it was Skoop's skeleton the whole time. Includes a Scooby Doo parody.
  • Stabby's Good Deed: After buying a knife, Stabby finds MiChelle on the side of the road. She admits(eventually) that she's homeless. Stabby lets her slepp at his house.
  • Stabby's Tour: Stabby gives Chelle a tour of the house and sells her a T-shirt. That's about it.
  • Jabby McFuck:A parody of Stabby McGee. It shows nothing but two guys that look similar to McGee and Skoop who spout jibberish. Includes a useless easter egg.

Problematic Funk Theory

Probably the most bizarre of Ed Atlin's series, full of non-sequitir moments. The series centers around an unnamed bearded guy, whose shirt has a different word written on it ("and""you""will""know"). Other characters include Miriam, the prominent female character who evidently runs a salon and/or coffee house, a blond guy with short hair, Dave The Distraction Dog (who arrives to distract the viewer from crappy animation), the Bearded Guy's Dictionary Hand, Space Dolphin, and Moe Szyslak of The Simpsons. All of these characters speak in the exact same voice, which can be described as something like a less goofy version of Tarbob's voice. Additionally, transitions between different shots in the series last a single frame, and consist of an amount of time ("ten minutes twelve seconds"), presumably the amount of time that has passed between the events. There is always at least one scene completely unrelated to the other series of events.

Episodes

  • a haircut: The bearded guy, realizing that his hair has grown rather long, decides to go to get a haircut from Miriam. They argue over whether a haircut would be "feasable" or "probable," before Miriam stabs the man in the eye with a pair of scissors, and he is decapitated. The guy owes Miriam $24.
  • a hat: While showing off his new hat to Miriam, the bearded guy is approached by a man with short blonde hair, wearing the exact same type of hat. The bearded guy demands that the blonde guy remove his hat, since he had it first, and after the blonde guy refuses, the bearded guy steals the blonde guy's hat. A scuffle ensues ("Give it back!" "No."), after which the blonde guy concedes defeat. Later, the bearded guy tells an audience that the blonde guy died that day of a terminal illness, and concludes his story of how he got two hats.
  • an emergency: Miriam recieves a phone call from the bearded guy, demanding that she come over because "it's an emergency!" She flies there, Superman-style, to discover that the emergency is that the bearded guy's hand has turned into a dictionary. They argue over whether the word "emergent" is, in fact, a word, and he looks it up in his dictionary hand. With the dictionary embedded in his face, he realizes that his dictionary hand is, in fact, rather useful. He starts a TV show, The Dictionary Hand Show, in which he argues with his dictionary hand (which also talks), and turns into a slime monster. An upcoming episode would reveal whether the guy would use his power for good or evil, but the show is cancelled.
  • an example: While sharing tea on a giant toadstool, the bearded guy tells Miriam his story of becoming a slime monster, after which she says his story is "stupid, and retarded, and stupid." The bearded guy is insulted by the comment, demands an apology, and never gets one. He consults the Space Dolphin, who tells him that she should have an example made of her, and that he should prove to her that he is not to be trifled with. The bearded guy agrees, returns to the toadstool (where Miriam has been replaced with a drawing of herself saying, "NO"), tells her that he is a ghost, and produces a talking piece of toast.
  • ban coffee: The bearded guy goes to Miriam and asks for coffee, but she informs him that she has none for him today. He goes asking various people for coffee, but to no avail, which outrages him. We then see the President Of This Country informing the public that he is banning coffee and all coffee-related beverages in this country. The bearded guy tells Miriam he will continue to drink coffee anyway, and Miriam kicks her leg through the bearded guy's abdomen.

"Whispering" Warren Washington

What is it about? It's about a guy who whispers alot.

Episodes

  • Episode 1: Warren explains why he's called "Whispering" Warren Washington. Well, it's because he whispers a lot. Goodnight. THE END
  • Episode 2: Warren tells his viewers the one time he watched Scream 3. Apparently, he yelled to Courtney "Look behind ya, bitch!", but she probably didn't here him (since he whispers alot.) Warren says "See ya later", then a few seconds, he gives his viewers the finger. THE END
  • Episode: Warren explains why he has a black eye. It's because his brother beats him...his own brother. He starts crying till THE END

Batman

A mature, slightly bizarre take on Batman and other DC comics characters. Both of these cartoons feature lots of swearing/profanity/sexual stuff, and both end in a Batman rap over the credits.

Episodes

  • Batman Dreams: Batman gets a call from the Joker, so Batman has Alfred tell him "suck my bat-cock". Robin shows up and starts being annoying. The Riddler then calls, and sings "It's Magic"; Batman hangs up on him. Robin then suggests that they go shoot the Riddler with a Bat-Gun. Batman likes this idea, and Robin says he's starting to like him, and starts to cuddle him. Batman then quickly wakes up, revealing it all to be a dream. He tells Robin about it, who promptly quits, afraid that Batman will turn him into a homosexual. Things take a turn for the worse for Batman; Comissioner Gordon says he'll call Green Lantern for help instead of Batman from now on, and Batman is kicked out of the Justice League. In dismay, Batman remembers the Riddler's phone call, and he blames the dream on the Riddler's "homo-erotic dream ray" that planted the thoughts into his subconscious. His story checks out, and Superman lets him back into the league, adding he never believed Batman was gay. Batman says he is gay; he never denied that. Superman then comes out, revealing his true name to be Gayman.
  • Batman Dances: Batman dances for Alfred, who doesn't watch him. The Riddler calls, singing a rather gay song. Batman hangs up and starts to dance again. After a rap by Bizarro, Batman fires Alfred for not watching him dance, despite Alfred being the Wayne butler for 213 years. Alfred goes to Superman for help. Superman tells him that he can do his job in 5 seconds, and kills him with his heat vision.

Crime Patrol: Unit B

Crime Patrol is a two-episode series chronicling the events of a detective named Detective Franky Shitdick who is stuck on Unit B patrol instead of Unit A; he's constantly insulted by a guy on the streets because of it. The series is told like a film noir; episodes are about 1 minute long and offer mature situations.

Detective Franky Shitdick later appeared in the Space Tree Episode Phil, where he was called Detective Shoehorn. This episode also starred a minor Crime Patrol character called The Chief

Episodes

Watermelon Head

"Watermelon Head" is a cartoon with five "episodes." It consists of Watermelon Head, a kid with "Boner" on his shirt, and Ted. Each episode begins beside an office building and ends up in the office.

Episodes

  • Episode 5: WH is glad the kid is okay. The kid calls him a WH again. Cut to the office. He tells Ted about it. Ted says it's funny 'cause he's a watermelon head. Cue foghorn.

Miscellaneous

  • Juice: A little girl offers a little boy some apple juice, but he declines, saying he does not like apples. The little girl reacts violently.
  • Ricky: David Cross interviews baseball player Ricky Henderson, who responds in a lengthy tirade in which he refers to himself in the third person, before walking offscreen to give Ricky Henderson a phone call. The audio comes from Cross' standup CD, Shut Up You Fucking Baby! and comes from a routine in which Cross derides people who refer to themselves in the third person.
  • No Wheels: To the tune of Beck's "Sissyneck," a guy in sunglasses, walking in a pasture, is decapitated by an oncoming car. The disembodied head begins to roll, going from the United States to Greenland to Chad and back (in a triangle shape). We see the head roll by the White House and by a harbor, where it stops and says, "Before I die, I'm gonna fuck me a fish" - an audio clip from Mr. Show with Bob and David.
  • Fortress: A faceless stick figure beams down from the sky, and tries to get into The "I Have A Face" Club. He is refused, and as he angrily walks off, he gets the idea to paint a face on his face, after which he returns to the club. The man who had refused him, unsure of what else to do, shoots the man. We then see a Satan figure using his unnaturally long penis to beat a drum, and we pan to a man screaming, "Satan, I damn thee! You goddamn, motherfucking, shit-eating, son of a B! Can I get a 'Fucking A?'" (another Mr. Show segment). A giant G appears on the screen, followed by the tiny words, "that's it."
  • Mr. Bananagrabber: A banana, Mr. Bananagrabber, rides a Segway up to a chicken. The chicken says "Hey, brother". Mr. B. then jumps off the Segway and makes chicken noises.
  • Face Bee: After a parody of the Space Tree opening credits, a man (Johnson) with a magnifying glass tells Face Bee he's got an important meeting today, and warns F.B. not to sting him in the face. Face Bee assures Johnson he'll be on his best "bee-havior". Cue laugh track that loops forever...
  • vladncord.swf: Vladimir starts by saying that the cookies he baked were delicious. Cordelia tells him that he's not allowed to use the stove. Vlad states that he wasn't even eating cookies. Cordelia asks "Well, then what the fu-" but is interrupted by Vlad singing the first verse of Notorious B.I.G.'s "Gimme the Loot". Cordelia joins in. Before the cartoon ends, the music is replaced by a guitar playing from "Space Oddity", while Vlad and Cord move around the screen randomly. Cue end.
  • Fuck You Dude: The audio is from Stephen Lynch. Some guy is running off with a TV. Fuck You Dude appears. FYD: Stop with that TV! Guy: Why? FYD: Fuck you!
  • i.l.h.m.w.a.g.i.t.m.: This can be explained in one phrase: "I like hittin' myself with a guitar in the morning."
  • The Billy Goats Gruff: This cartoon was not done by Ed Atlin, although the story idea was.
