Bonus Stage
Space Tree made a brief cameo in Bonus Stage episode 50 (act III). Ironically, Space Tree said that he would not cross over with Bonus stage, but has starred in one episode and has been referenced 2 other times.
He and the Commander appeared in Bonus Stage Episode 59. This is the only time on this list that Ed Atlin voiced Mr. Tree. Allon and the SpeshDiv Robot also made a brief cameo.
Space Tree made an appearance in Bonus Stage Episode 75 (act II), and apparently he is a pine tree.
In a fake rip-off of Space Tree, Commander made an appearance with "Space Triangle" in Bonus Stage Episode 81. They also re-enact the running gag Trouble at the Command Center.
Bonus Stage's Main Characters Joel and Phil also guest starred in a Space Tree episode.
RobotBox & Cactus
Space Tree can be seen attending the funeral of Cactus and the ensuing party (with his signature shades) in the final episode of RobotBox & Cactus: Episode 39
GEOweasel
Allon and the Commander appeared in GEOweasel Episode 4(GWWiki). They were in prison and thus wore thier orange prison uniforms.
Also, Nar cheers for ST in Episode 9(GWWiki) in a similar way the Commander did in the second main menu.
In GEOweasel's Weaselversary(GWWiki), Jimbob says: "Well, I guess there's nothing left to do but push this button.", similar to Space Tree from Episode 1.
Pete is a pogo stick
Episode 5 (Pete is an Artist) includes a couple of Space Tree references.
- The board says something about triangles
- The teachers line "You have twentyfour hours" refers to I.G.K.Y.i.t.S
- A drawing of Space Tree, which also appeared in Space Slave and Space Tea, hangs on the school's notice board
- Ed Atlin signed on the football team's sign up list, Pete draws on.
Also, Ed Atlin voiced the interviewer in the first Episode.
Evil Josh and Billy
Evil Josh and Billy is the latest addition to keentoons. In a Short Toon, Space Tree and Allon appear along with other keentoons characters like Joel Dawson, Phil Argus, Cactus and Pete the Pogostick to welcome Josh and Billy.
Allon also appears in the Evil Josh and Billy short JC's Birthmas.
Leet Majora's Mask
Space Tree is referenced a few times.

Solid Snake cocks the Staple Gun, which apparently now has a LAM.
