this page says: "Allon was left on some Planet and replaced by Professor Clerman without either Space Tree or the Commander noticing."

but spacetree did know....he was hinting to the commander but he ,the commander, just said "shut up you stupid tree"

ST was still refering him as Allon, so saying he wanted to hint to the Commander is speculation. On the other hand, in Episode 25, ST called him "Clerman", so yeah he did notice. We could probably reword this to: "...replaced by Professor Clerman without either Space Tree or the Commander noticing for some time."
