He's an alien who is the same species as Tarbob, except that he has no microphone, but some hair. In Space Plans, he worked on the art supply planet, but now apparantly has a job at Channel K News. He is also a member of the Requisition A Wish foundataion (RAW), which will grant any dying person's last wish.
