(open to Tarbob in an armchair)
TARBOB: Good evening. I have been asked to come here tonight, and share with you the story of the origin of one Space Tree the Space Tree. (a book appears from behind the chair) So I will! "Chapter One. Once upon a time, Space Tree's parents had sex, and 9 months later, he was born. The End." Good night, everybody!
(the Boss Guy from Episode 10 shows up behind Tarbob's chair)
MR. BOSS: Tar-BOB!!!
TARBOB: (his chair bounces to the side of the screen) Yes, sir?
MR. BOSS: You better clean out your desk RIGHT NOW, because (close-up on Mr. Boss' face) YOU (close-up again) ARE FIIIII- promoted!
TARBOB: Why, thank you, sir!
MR. BOSS: That is correct. You're movin' on up. (in higher-pitched voice) "Movin on up!" (normal voice) to, uh, Floor number 2. So go.
TARBOB: Sure thing, Mr. Boss, sir!
(cut to Tarbob behind a desk reading "Secretary of Floor #2")
TARBOB: Make sure you hold all of my calls, Frank!
(cut to Frank, behind a desk reading "Secretary of Secretary of Floor #2")
FRANK: F*** you.
TARBOB: Uh, please?
FRANK: F*** you!
TARBOB: OK, that's it, Frank! I have the authority here now, and I've had enough of your obscene shenanigans. (close-up to Tarbob's face) YOU (close-up again) are gonna be PROM- (cut back to normal shot of him) Fired.
(Frank tosses her desk at Tarbob, missing his head by inches; she throws her telephone at him, which hits him in the face)
FRANK: You can't fire ME! I WILL DESTROY YOU!!!
(cut to silhouette of Frank jumping out the window)
FRANK: Waaaa-
(cut back to Floor #2; Mr. Boss enters)
MR. BOSS: Don't worry; we can rebuild her. We have the technology.
TARBOB: Really? I thought we were just a stationary slash insurance company.
MR. BOSS: We can steal her shoes. We have the technology.
(cut to a screen reading Copylight 2005)
(cut to end screen, which proclaims "new episode next week")
Fun Facts
- The gestation period of a tree is apparently the same as a human.
- This is the shortest episode up to date, at 1:25.
- This is the first episode without an appearance of a main character.
- Mr. Boss still has a gunshot to the head from when Mee murdered him.
- Frank seems to treat Tarbob rather meanly, considering that Tarbob is the first person to have gotten her name correctly (rather than calling her "Carol").
- The line "We can rebuild her. We have the technology" reprises from the hit US TV show, 'The 6 Million Dollar Man'.
